On orders of less than 18,000, these basic (room-temperature) shipping
charges apply:
Kanto area: 370 yen
The rest of Honshu: 475 yen
The rest of Japan: 525 yen
Orders totaling over 18,000 yen are eligible for free basic shipping.
For certain items, especially in warm weather, we recommend cool or frozen shipping.The following charges are per order, not per item:
Cool: 525 yen
Frozen: 840 yen
If you would like to take your chances without cool or frozen shipping, please indicate to that effect. Remember, though, that Tengu canšt take responsibility for the products that donšt make it if you do. We highly recommend specifying an arrival date and time in such cases.
OTHER CHARGES
The following surcharges are incurred at the convenience store / post office for cash payment:
Less than 10,000 yen: 63 yen
10,000 to 30,000 yen: 105 yen
30,000 yen and up: 315 yen
COD charge is 400 yen.
DISCOUNTS
Tengu mail-order discounts are subtracted in the following order:
1) 5% case or bulk discount (on indicated products)
2) Free shipping for orders over 18,000 yen (including prices of unavailable items ordered)
3) 3% discount for orders over 18,000 yen (not including unavailable items)
4) 5% discount for orders over 40,000 yen (not including unavailable items or 3% discount)
Please note that 3) and 4) are not automatically calculated in your internet order total, but they will be applied to your final total.
